PAMM deposits and withdrawals

Withdrawing here is two separate steps, and people lose money on the first one because of a single quirk in the interface.

The amount field in PAMM management takes the sum that should stay in trading, not the sum you want to take out.

The amount field, first

You have $10,000 working in the PAMM account and want $2,000 out. You type 8000 and save the settings. That $8,000 stays in trading and $2,000 goes out for withdrawal.

The common mistake: typing 2000 when you hold $10,000. That leaves $2,000 in trading and sends $8,000 out.

The figure in the field equals your assets minus what you are taking.

Leaving in full

Press "Stop investing": there is nothing to type.

Either way the money returns to your trading account, and from there it goes out as a separate request.

Two steps, not one

Until step one has executed, step two is not available: the money is still physically in the PAMM account.

Step 1. PAMM account to trading account
Executes at the Saturday rollover only. You can file the request on any day, but up to a week passes between the request and the money landing on your trading account. Getting it off the platform is a separate step: the broker states a withdrawal request is executed within 2 business days, and weekends and holidays do not count.
Step 2. Trading account to the outside
The "Withdraw" button in the cabinet. The broker processes the request within 24 hours on working days.

Why "at any time" and "Saturdays only" are both true

On its investment system page the broker writes that you can withdraw your profit or all of your funds at any time. That is true: the platform itself places no restriction.

The exit window, though, is a condition of the individual PAMM account rather than of the broker. The manager sets it, along with the profit split and the minimum investment. In Legends_Group it is the Saturday rollover: you can file the request on any day, and it executes on Saturday.

The general wording on the broker site describes the platform. For the exit schedule, read the card of the specific PAMM account, not the investment system section.

Which has a practical consequence: when you compare PAMM accounts, check the exit window on each one separately. A different manager at the same broker may set a different one.

Why Saturday only

Trades close within the day and are not carried over the weekend. On Saturday the market is shut and no positions are open.

A large withdrawal on a weekday would land while a position was open: the shares of everyone else would be recalculated mid-trade and their risk would rise. On Saturday one participant leaving touches nobody else.

This limits your liquidity and protects you from other people leaving at the same time.

What a withdrawal requires

You can fund the account and join the PAMM without waiting for the document check to finish. But at withdrawal, incomplete verification becomes a blocker, so send the documents straight away.

  • Completed verification: identity, address, email. Without it the broker restricts withdrawals
  • The same method, the same coin and the same network you used to deposit
  • The broker sometimes asks for extra documents. Not sending them within seven working days delays the withdrawal

Depositing and adding more

Funding the trading account is available around the clock. The broker charges nothing on crypto; the cheapest network fee is USDT on BEP-20.

To add money to an investment already running, fund the trading account first, then enter in PAMM management the total that should be working. You had $1,000 and are adding $1,000: type 2000, not 1000.

The network must match. USDT sent via TRC20 to a BEP-20 address is gone for good.

The broker does not accept transfers through third-party smart contracts, including batched or multi-address sends. Transfer directly from your own wallet.

Profit does not need withdrawing

Profit stays in the PAMM account and works alongside the original sum. There is no need to take it out and put it back.

If your trading account shows zero after joining, that is correct: the funds moved into the PAMM account. Find your investment under the "Investments" tab.
