Questions and answers about the PAMM account
This page holds only what did not fit elsewhere. The operational questions each have their own page: joining, verification, funding, withdrawals and the fee terms.
Where the answer is faster
- How to register and get documents checked: the registration and verification page
- Which network to pick when funding: the crypto funding page
- How to take part of the sum out and why only on Saturday: the withdrawals page
- How the fee is calculated and what a new peak means: the fee terms page

Do I need a club account or some subscription?
No. Registration, funding, joining the PAMM and withdrawing all happen on the broker site. No separate account or subscription is involved.
Can I look around without committing money?
Yes. Next to the Real Invest tab in the broker cabinet there is Demo Invest. It shows how the PAMM account and the management interface work, with no real funds.
Is there a mobile app?
No dedicated PAMM app is needed: the broker cabinet opens in a phone browser. The MetaTrader 5 terminal exists for iPhone, Android, Windows and macOS, but taking part in a PAMM account does not require it, because you place no trades.
Will I get an investor password to watch trades in MT5?
No, it is not issued: an investor password can be used to set up trade copying. Public statistics for the PAMM account are there for watching instead.
Why does the balance show a minus right after joining?
A minus of 45 cents on $100, for instance, is normal. You are entering an account that already has open trades and taking on their current result. It evens out within a day.
Where do I see how many investors and how much is under management?
On the PAMM card at the broker site: it shows the return, funds under management, the number of investors, trade history and the chart. Those figures update daily, so we do not duplicate them here; check the current ones on the card.
How does the monitored result differ from my profit in the cabinet?
Public statistics show the result of the whole PAMM account, not of your share, and before the fee is deducted. What you personally earned after the fee is in the broker cabinet, in the "net profit" line.
What if the broker blocks access from my country?
Access restrictions on foreign broker websites exist, and Investizo faces them in a number of countries. That is a question of a company being admitted to a national market, which is why international brokers end up with alternative domains. Separately: the broker does not serve residents of the EU, the US, Australia, Israel, Japan or the UAE at all. {TODO: full list of target countries and restrictions}
Do I owe tax on the profit?
That depends on your country of residence, and we do not give tax advice. The broker does not act as a tax agent, so calculating and paying it stays with you. For a precise answer, speak to a tax adviser in your jurisdiction.
What happens if the trading is stopped?
The funds stay in your account with the broker. Stopping the trading means no new positions are opened, not that access to the money closes. Only you can detach funds from the PAMM account and withdraw them.
