What he does in this system personally

The DMN ULTIMA AI agent and the gold (XAUUSD) strategy were built by him and his team of developers and traders.

Stanislav's own money trades on the same accounts as investor funds. He is paid only when there is new profit: nothing is taken while an account recovers from drawdown.

That is what aligned interests mean here: a mistake costs him his own money, and he earns only when the investor earns.
