Personal data

In short: this site has no forms, so you cannot enter your details here. Everything that requires your details happens on the broker side. The one exception is visit statistics in Google Analytics (see below).

What we do not do

  • We run no application, subscription or contact forms
  • We collect no name, email, phone number or other details you type in yourself
  • We ask for no documents and get no access to the documents you send the broker
  • We send no mailings and pass nothing to third parties, apart from the visit statistics Google Analytics receives

Where your data is processed

Registration, identity and address verification, deposits and withdrawals all happen in the broker cabinet. The broker is the controller for that data, and its own documents govern how it is processed.

The documents you upload during verification are checked by the broker. The PAMM manager does not receive them and has no access to your cabinet.

Before sending documents, read the broker's own data policy. We cannot answer for processing we do not carry out.

Links to the broker site may carry parameters the broker uses to identify the referral source. Those parameters are processed by the broker on its side.

Links to monitoring services and external material lead to third-party sites, where data handling follows their own rules.

Site analytics

The site runs Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2223STLY62). It sets cookies and records page views, the approximate country and city, the device and browser type, and the referral source. Google receives and processes that data. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and the counter runs only on the main domain.

The site has no cookie consent banner yet.

The site is run by DMN ULTIMA. Personal data enquiries go to info@ultimatradingbot.com.

As a reminder: this site has no forms, and visit statistics go to Google Analytics. If you sent documents, the broker received them, and a request about their processing should be addressed there.
